Directions:
Wash your hands thoroughly and cleanse the intimate area before use. Place a disposable finger sheath on your index finger, then insert 1 tablet into the vaginal canal as far as it will comfortably go.
For best results use at bedtime, allowing it to dissolve naturally. It is recommended to wear a panty liner or pad, as some discharge may occur while the tablet dissolves. Use at least 3 days after your menstrual cycle has ended. Use consistently as directed.
