Suggested Use:
For a menstrual wellness routine, use 1–2 liners daily for 3 consecutive days before your expected period begins. Do not use during active menstruation. Once your period has completely ended, use 1–2 liners daily for the following 4 days.
For botanical comfort and everyday freshness, liners may also be used as needed when you are NOT actively menstruating. Replace as needed throughout the day for continued freshness and comfort.
